It looks like our licensing server isn't connecting to your computer. There are a few possible solutions here.
Please begin by turning off your firewall software whilst you authorize it.
If you are on a Mac this may be caused by your default Mac OS firewall, please go to System Preferences > Security and Privacy and switch off your firewall ONLY for the authorisation process.
You can turn this back on after authorization or you can configure the firewall/anti-virus/anti-malware to add your DAW to their whitelist (or exclude it from whatever filtering that/those program(s) are doing).
If that doesn't work, please try whitelisting the website https://wyday.com on your computer to ensure connection to our licensing server.
It could also be your VPN if you use one. Try disabling this momentarily whilst you authorize.
