It looks like our licensing server isn't connecting to your computer. There are a few possible solutions here.
First off, if you are on Windows, check the hosts file at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts. It is a text file that can be opened in Notepad. Remove any lines that may contain wyday.com and then save the file (without a .txt extension).
Further, try turning off your firewall software whilst you authorize the plugin.
If you are on a Mac this may be caused by your default Mac OS firewall, please go to System Preferences > Security and Privacy and switch off your firewall ONLY for the authorisation process.
You can turn this back on after authorization or you can configure the firewall/anti-virus/anti-malware to add your DAW to their whitelist (or exclude it from whatever filtering that/those program(s) are doing).
If that doesn't work, please also try whitelisting the website https://wyday.com with your respective anti-virus software.
It could also be your VPN if you use one. Try disabling this momentarily whilst you authorize.
Failing all of the above, you can try offline authorization. Instructions for that can be found here.
