Seeing "Incorrect code..."? This error can appear for a number of reasons which I am going to list below;
1) You have entered the number one (1) or a lower case L (l) in your product key instead of a capital I (I). It's best to copy and paste the code from the original email.
2) Using the license for a plugin it was not meant for. Double-check that the license matches the product being activated.
3) If the product is EXPOSE, you might be using a V1 license in EXPOSE V2. You will need to upgrade to V2, or revert back to V1 (download the EXPOSE V1 installer here: Mac / Win)
4) You have accidentally pasted the code twice. Make sure the license code is only pasted once. Remove any spaces at the start or end when you enter the license.
5) If you are using ANIMATE then please also make sure you choose the correct product in the drop-down to the right of the key entry box.
6) If you're using a VPN or a firewall when trying to authorize, please try turning this off whilst you authorize as it may be stopping the communication with our licensing server.
7) Whitelisting our licensing server www.Wyday.com in your list of allowed URLs in your browser can fix a broken connection and get the activation working correctly.
